The Complete Incorporation package contains everything that the Essential package does and adds several personalized document preparation for your corporation, set-up rules on how your incorporation will be be managed and how other shareholders can trade/sell shares. 

It also adds services that are unique to your corporation for example, do you want to get the tax-exemption certificate for items bought for resale?
