This package is designed for clients who (i) prefer to take advantage of the business friendly laws of Nevada and would like to quality the Nevada corproation to do business in the state they are in or (2) want to take advantage of the asset protection aspects and have a NV corporation that will own shares in a another corporation which is registered in a different state.
